Due to the considered nature of our production process, fur coats and cardigans are dispatched within up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

We offer international shipping.
Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

As all BY IMAAN pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images of the issue.

Approved returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
